Mental Health Rehabilitative Services
Comprehensive rehabilitative services designed to restore, maintain, and enhance the independent functioning of individuals with mental health conditions. Includes skills training and therapeutic support.
Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS)
Teaching functional skills and appropriate behaviors for health, safety, and daily living. Focus on community integration and independent living skills for adults with serious mental illness.
Targeted Case Management (TCM)
Coordinated care planning to ensure individuals receive necessary medical, social, educational, and vocational services. Our case managers advocate for clients and navigate complex systems of care.
Intensive In-Home (IIH)
Short-term intensive services provided in the home to prevent psychiatric hospitalization or out-of-home placement. Available for youth and families in crisis.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Structured outpatient treatment for individuals needing more support than traditional therapy. Group and individual sessions focused on recovery and relapse prevention.
